Ingredients
- 2 large ripe mangoes peeled and pitted
- Half of a sweet pomelo, peeled and sacs separated
- 200ml milk
- 200ml coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons of pearl sago
- Sugar as needed (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the sago: Boil a pot of water over medium-high heat. Place in sago and boil for 10 minutes. Stir continually to avoid the sago stick to the pot bottom. Move the pot from fire, set aside for around 15 minutes with the lid covered. Pour the sago to a filter and then rinsing under cold water for around 1 minute.
- Add milk, coconut milk, half of the mango cubes into blender. Blend all the ingredients into a smoothie form. Put the smoothie mixture into refrigerator for around 15 minutes or add some iced cubes with the smoothie mixture.
- Pour the smoothie mixture into the serving bowls. Add cooked sago and top with mango and pomelo.
- Mix all the ingredients combined and enjoy!
